In the meantime we are now on our winter timetable so our sessions will be on Saturdays at 11.00 in Longford park.

We are a super friendly group and ANY ability level is welcome, even if you have never played touch rugby before we can accommodate you

Touch rugby is a competitive, mixed sex NON CONTACT form of rugby, the emphasis is on skill and team work, not physical size or strength. Anyone can play, so come along and give it a go.

NB: We are a non professional, informal group. Although injuries are rare, everyone plays at their own risk.
